I've been going down 'memory lane' recently ---and wanted to share a few pictures from our wonderful trip to Yellowstone National Park in September of 2012 with you today.

We've done quite a bit of traveling over the past several years --and Yellowstone BY FAR is my favorite place of anywhere we have been.

Needles Eye Tunnel, South Dakota

We visited the Black Hills of South Dakota on September 25, 2012.   The scenery along the Needles Highway was awesome... Here is a picture of the  Needles Eye Tunnel -which we traveled through that day!  It was INCREDIBLE!!

PIKES PEAK, Colorado

On September 14, 2012,  George and I visited  beautiful PIKES PEAK in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I captured this photo on the road up the mountain.  Hope you enjoy it.

Today's photo is from my favorite day at Yellowstone,  Day 2 on Sept. 20, 2012,  when we visited the CANYON AREA.  I have marked about 40 pictures from that morning on the North Rim side that I absolutely LOVE.... WOW--that place is truly magnificent.  Hope you get there sometime ---if you haven't been there yet!!!
