Here is one of the gorgeous wreaths found inside the Opry Hotel. We loved our visit there last December (2013)... My blog header photo of the horse and carriage was taken outside the hotel... The decorations outside were as beautiful as the ones inside. Hope you enjoy both pictures today! (Click on the wreath for enlargement.)

I just wanted to share two Autumn photos for you today. First is the header. This is Lake Canterbury here in Fairfield Glade (where we live). The photo was taken last year when the leaves were gorgeous... NOTE: This header has been changed so is no longer available.
The other photo was taken in the Smoky Mountains in 2013 when we took a trip to see the Fall leaves there. I thought you would enjoy these two photos.
If you haven't done so, check out my regular blog, JOYFUL REFLECTIONS, for more Autumn photos ---and many other things going on in our busy, crazy, wonderful lives.
On Facebook, these beauties were called "Mother and Twins".
Just stopping by to say HI and to show you a beautiful ROSE in our Yard. This is MILESTONE and the photo was taken on 8/19/14. We first saw this beauty on one of our trips to Biltmore ---so what did we do??? We ordered one for our yard... Milestone has not disappointed us AT ALL... Such a gorgeous rose.
Hope you are having a wonderful day on this Labor Day. And I hope you are anxious to see FALL as much as I am!!!! Hope you enjoyed seeing my Header here today... Please stop by my other blog, Joyful Reflections (Click HERE), to see another Fall header picture. Bring on AUTUMN... I'm ready!!! Are you?
This is one of my favorite LILIES in our yard. This photo was taken in 2013--and I have bad news for this year... Since this Lily is at the top of our Road Bed, it got nipped during the last FREEZE, and we don't think it will bloom. It's still alive, so we'll just have to wait until 2015. BUT--the good news is that we can enjoy it by photo during 2014.
We have many birds in our yard which come to the Bird Kitchen. This one (Blue Jay) is always a favorite of mine. They are only here from Spring through Fall---and they love the peanuts I put out for them.
I took this photo on April 14, 2014. We have a Pink Dogwood tree in our yard --and I love it... Between the Dogwoods and the Redbuds in bloom, Spring has really come alive in Fairfield Glade, Tennessee. Hope you enjoy today's photo. Don't forget to check my Joyful Reflections Blog on Mondays and Fridays for new posts. Click HERE for that blog.
The Daffodils and TULIPS are really showing off all of their beauty in our yard now... Oh--how I love Spring (especially after the bitter winter we just had). This one is named HALLEY'S COMET. Isn't it gorgeous?
