ELECTRIC SHOCK IRIS in our YARD

Through May,  we have had many Irises blooming in our yard.  They are all pretty --but there's something about this one which I love.   Her name is Electric Shock!  Pretty,  don't you think?

Hugs,

I love the variety of colours you now see and the way the petals are slightly frilled at the edges. That's quite a beauty you have in your garden.

Hi Betsy, this beautiful Iris reminds me of my Grandmother because she love Iris and lavender which she often wore.

So enjoyed my trip around your yard today. This iris is lovely. Our are long gone now and the green has been cut back.

She is gorgeous and it must be the name. LOL Of course it is one of my favorite colors. Thanks for giving us a tour of your yard in May on your other blog. You are so popular that I rarely post a comment on your other blog. Peace

Oh, so pretty! When I grew up on our farm we had so many different ones. However, they just don't thrive here in the woods--not enough sunlight, I guess.
